is a fully custom bakery letting you eat cakes, cupcakes, pies, and macarons! We work with you to create your dream dessert for any and all occasions!
Chris - the owner/baker/eater - behind the name is a mom-taught baker and a “Can this even be done?!” educated stylist and decorator. His love and appreciation for baking (and eating said bakes) comes from his mom. While he learned the basics in the kitchen as a kid, he strives to push his skills and the envelope with a screw-it-let’s-do-it attitude.

Why don’t I have a set menu for my cakes, buttercreams, macarons, and even pies?
Because you help me create your ideal bake! Menus are just so…limiting…and your dream dessert shouldn’t have any limits.
Part of the fun in working with Let Them Eat Bakery is that we collaborate together on your order! Every customer has a consultation with me to ensure that your vision becomes a reality - from style to flavors.
